What is a lifestyle coach?
A Lifestyle coach is a person who assists another

preferred preference). A Lifestyle coach’s ultimate goal is to help individuals
create healthy, productive and purposeful lives.

So how does lifestyle coaching work?
Step # 1
The YSF lifestyle coaching program is an online program, which puts more onuses
on the client to accept self responsibility, which in turn leads to enhanced
personal growth.
If you are interested in this program YSF will email you a comprehensive written
questionnaire to determine your key issues, desired outcomes and proposed
agenda. Once your coach has reviewed your comments he/she will contact you and
set up your first videoconference or online chat. Your first session will only
be $25.00 (Half price) to ensure you are willing to put in the required time and
effort necessary to make the desired changes. If you are ready and willing to
pursue this journey your coach and you will establish times and dates to
coordinate and evaluate your progress. You will then begin the process of
setting priorities and how to formulate realistic goals for the next 3 months in
all four dimensions; mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. Your first
assignment will be to define your primary goal and to present 3-5 interim goals
per dimension (Small steps), in route to your larger 3-month goal.
Step # 2
Together you and your coach will perform a comprehensive assessment of your
current lifestyle, to include your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual
habits and behaviors. Using this information and your desired goals, you and
your coach will then jointly formulate achievable objectives that can be
measured and assessed weekly. Goals and objectives must be for you; false goals
(goals designed to impress others or to meet the illusionary needs of others)
are very seldom attained. Your coach will help you seek inspiration from within
and help you to identify your own inner needs and resources, which will in turn
empower you to activate change now and in the future.
In effect, you will have a comprehensive self-designed program, to include
mental, emotional, physical and spiritual exercises tailored to your individual
lifestyle and schedule.
Step # 3
Each week you will have one 20-minute coaching session. During this session you
and your coach will review your notes on your progress that you have sent in for
the past week. Here adjustments will be made to either proceed to something new
or develop a new solution to overcome an obstacle. Once this has been determined
you then set new goals for the upcoming week.
After a few weeks of coaching sessions, you should begin to notice improvements
in all your dimensions, which in turn will lead to increased motivation and a
stronger desire to attain your goals. However, that does not mean you are off to
the races just yet. Overcoming obstacles and challenges are an ongoing part of
life, but the assistance of a lifestyle coach will spark innovative solutions
for overcoming each roadblock on your path to success.
Step # 4
At the end of 3 months, most clients will have accomplished more than 70% of
their 3-month goals. They will feel confident about committing to further life
improvements. Lifestyle coaching is a commitment to you. If you are willing to
take the time and effort to become the best person you can be, then you are
ready to improve your life and willing to make the commitment to change, then
you are ready to experience the program that will transform how you see yourself
and the world around you sees you.
